## Cornflake Crunch Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 large ingredient (room temp)
  • 60 ml ingredient
  • 125 ml ingredient (room temp (semi skimmed))
  • 1 tsp ingredient
  • 125 ml ingredient
  • 80 g ingredient
  • 160 g ingredient (melted)

Steps

  1. Bake at 180C/(160C fan) for 30-35 mins.
  2. Dish size: 7x11 or similar.
  3. Let the cake cool slightly before adding the cornflake topping.
  4. Feel free to level the cake if it has domed for a more even finish.
