## Tiramisù with Ricotta, Orange, and Ginger
Ingredients
- 28 Pavesini (3 snack packs)
- 400g whole Greek yogurt
- 250g ricotta
- 100ml honey
- 2 oranges (zest)
- 200g orange marmalade
- Candied ginger cubes
- 200ml red orange juice
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the Greek yogurt, honey, candied ginger cubes, and orange zest until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
- Quickly dip the Pavesini in the red orange juice and arrange them in a baking dish, forming the first layer.
- Add the orange marmalade, then the cream, and another layer of marmalade.
- Continue alternating the layers until you get two complete layers.
- Let it rest in the freezer for 2 hours, then transfer to the refrigerator before serving.
