## Tiramisù with Ricotta, Orange, and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 28 Pavesini (3 snack packs)
  • 400g whole Greek yogurt
  • 250g ricotta
  • 100ml honey
  • 2 oranges (zest)
  • 200g orange marmalade
  • Candied ginger cubes
  • 200ml red orange juice

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the Greek yogurt, honey, candied ginger cubes, and orange zest until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
  2. Quickly dip the Pavesini in the red orange juice and arrange them in a baking dish, forming the first layer.
  3. Add the orange marmalade, then the cream, and another layer of marmalade.
  4. Continue alternating the layers until you get two complete layers.
  5. Let it rest in the freezer for 2 hours, then transfer to the refrigerator before serving.
