## Girelle di Pollo (Chicken Pinwheels)

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken cutlets
  • 90g provola
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • Breadcrumbs, q.b.
  • Salt, q.b.
  • EVO oil spray, q.b.

Steps

  1. Stuff the thin chicken cutlets with cooked ham and sliced provola.
  2. Roll them up to form three rolls, then place them close together and pierce them with 3 long skewers.
  3. Cut into 3 parts to obtain pinwheels.
  4. Dip them in breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt (you can also add the spices you prefer).
  5. Spray lightly with oil and cook in an air fryer at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, or in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
