## Girelle di Pollo (Chicken Pinwheels)
Ingredients
- 3 chicken cutlets
- 90g provola
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- Breadcrumbs, q.b.
- Salt, q.b.
- EVO oil spray, q.b.
Steps
- Stuff the thin chicken cutlets with cooked ham and sliced provola.
- Roll them up to form three rolls, then place them close together and pierce them with 3 long skewers.
- Cut into 3 parts to obtain pinwheels.
- Dip them in breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt (you can also add the spices you prefer).
- Spray lightly with oil and cook in an air fryer at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, or in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
