## Bastoncini di Ceci
Ingredients
- 200 g chickpea flour
- q.b. salt
- q.b. pepper
- q.b. garlic powder
- q.b. paprika
- q.b. rosemary, thyme and dried oregano
- 500 g water
- 30 g olive oil
- 3 tablespoons vegetable spread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- q.b. salt
- q.b. chopped aromatic herbs
Steps
- Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and mix well to blend.
- Move to the heat and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until you get a smooth and compact mixture.
- Pour everything onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leveling it well, then let it cool completely.
- Cut the mixture to obtain sticks and space them well apart.
- Brush with a little oil and bake in a static oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Alternatively, you can cook them in an air fryer at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
