## Bastoncini di Ceci

Ingredients

  • 200 g chickpea flour
  • q.b. salt
  • q.b. pepper
  • q.b. garlic powder
  • q.b. paprika
  • q.b. rosemary, thyme and dried oregano
  • 500 g water
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable spread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • q.b. salt
  • q.b. chopped aromatic herbs

Steps

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and mix well to blend.
  2. Move to the heat and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until you get a smooth and compact mixture.
  3. Pour everything onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leveling it well, then let it cool completely.
  4. Cut the mixture to obtain sticks and space them well apart.
  5. Brush with a little oil and bake in a static oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Alternatively, you can cook them in an air fryer at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  6. Once ready you can serve them with a sauce; the ingredients for the sauce are listed above.
